Faye Wilson is a visual artist, creative director, illustrator and writer who lives in Katoomba, NSW, Australia.

Trained in fine art and graphic design, Faye works across a range of traditional techniques and combines these with digital mediums in her current work.

She has worked for a wide range of clients from advertising and publishing, to fashion and merchandising design and has won many industry awards for her work.

Faye won a benchmark, intellectual property /copyright court case in 1995 in the Federal Court over her artwork for Weiss Pty Ltd. 

Faye is a passionate mentor with many years tertiary art teaching experience at centres of excellence such as Enmore Design Centre, Sydney, where she teaches and lectures in drawing and illustration.

She exhibits regularly and most recently had solo shows in 2016 and 2017 at David Rex Livingston Art & Projects and Gallery One88.

In recent years Faye established Blue Mountains Illustrators and is author, project manager, creative director and curator for a number of succesful exhibitions and projects including Black & Blue for BMCC Gallery in 2014, Blume Illustrated Magazine and Blume Illustration Festival in 2017.
